Prohibited Uses
Distributing the download by itself

Creating derivative works

This license has no expiry date. Provided that your payment is received in full, you can continue to
use the meditations indefinitely and webinars, seminars, and other materials for the term of the viewing agreement.
3.Transporting
You may burn a CD or transfer the download, webinar and other materials to a portable storage device for the purposes of transport.
Please take care: You must not duplicate or pass our downloads, webinars and other materials on to any person. Please take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized copying and distribution of any downloads, webinars, and other materials from W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC.
4. Providing a Credit
All the downloads, webinars and other materials on this website are created by W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC and we ask that you credit him properly except when it is technically unfeasible to do so.
5. Other Restrictions
You cannot, without obtaining the prior written consent of W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC:

Scott Ragsdale, LLC to exercise all rights and remedies available to it under copyright laws around the world. W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC shall have the right to terminate your right to use the downloads, webinars, and other materials immediately upon your breach of these terms of use.
Upon termination, you shall cease using the meditations, downloads, webinars and other materials and shall delete or destroy all copies of the music. Termination of your rights shall not limit W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC from pursuing any other remedies available to it, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, nor shall termination relieve you of your obligations to pay W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC any applicable license fees. You shall be responsible for any damages resulting from any such copyright infringement, including any claims by a third party.
7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC warrants that: (i) the downloads and webinars will be free from defects for thirty (30) days from delivery (your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty being the replacement of the downloads or webinars); (ii) it has all necessary rights and authority to grant the rights outlined in these terms of use; and (iii) your use of the downloads , webinars and other materials in accordance with these terms of use in the form delivered by W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC will not infringe on any copyright, moral right, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC does not make any other warranties, express or implied, regarding the downloads, webinars and other materials or its delivery systems, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any punitive, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or other similar damages, costs or losses arising out of your use of any downloads or webinars, even if W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages, costs or losses. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain categories of damages. Without limiting any other term herein, W. Scott Ragsdale, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, costs or losses arising as a result of normal use and participation in and by you or the context in which the downloads, webinars , and other materials are used.
8. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend and hold The Licensor harmless from any and all claims, losses, costs, damages and expenses resulting from or arising out of: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property; (c) your activities after The Licensor has notified you that such activities may result in the infringement of the Intellectual Property rights of any third party; or any claim that the Intellectual Property or the use thereof infringes upon misappropriates or violates any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secret rights or other proprietary rights of a third party.
